I really enjoyed making this costume. Spent around $40 for everything. We just went to Lowes and picked up PVC pipes and joints, some shower curtain hangers from the Dollar Store and the curtain from Hancock Fabrics. It was surprisingly more comfortable than I thought it would be. I used a Lowes painting apron to hold the bottom of the contraption and a belt to anchor the top to my chest.
